After ordering your class or product you will be ask before you submit your order for payment do you have a coupon. You enter the coupon code you will be given credit and total changed to reflect the coupon discount.
You cannot change your handle once you set it. You must use your real name when ordering classes or products. You have the option of not revealing your name to the public in your account back office.
You can change your email within your account. If you forget your email, click on the forgot password. An email will be sent to the email you have on file to reset your password.
